Gene targeting strategy for B-hCCL24 mice. The exons 1-3 of mouse Ccl24 gene that encodes the full-length protein were replaced by human CCL24 exons 1-3 in B-hCCL24 mice.

Protein expression analysis

Strain specific CCL24 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCCL24 mice by ELISA. Serum were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCCL24 mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific CCL24 ELISA kit. Mouse CCL24 was detectable in wild-type mice (A). Human CCL24 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCCL24 mice but not in wild-type mice (B).
