Strain specific ADIPOQ expression analysis in homozygous B-hADIPOQ mice by ELISA. Plasma were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hADIPOQ mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific ADIPOQ ELISA kit. Mouse ADIPOQ was detectable in wild-type mice (A). Human ADIPOQ was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hADIPOQ mice but not in wild-type mice (B).
